Our cured meats are distinguished by their bold flavor, which we owe to the use of natural spices such as pepper, marjoram, garlic, juniper, caraway, coriander, allspice, and mustard seeds. They also boast an intense aroma thanks to smoking with alder wood.

In our store, you will also find bread traditionally baked in Białowieża, using natural sourdough without yeast. Each loaf is made according to an original recipe.
