Our cured meats are characterized by a strong, distinctive flavor, which we owe to the use of natural spices such as pepper, marjoram, garlic, juniper, caraway, coriander, allspice, and mustard seeds. They also have an intense aroma thanks to smoking with alder wood smoke.
In our store, you will also find bread traditionally baked in Białowieża, using natural sourdough without yeast. Each loaf is distinguished by its original recipe.
